FAQ's

I want an item but you don't have my size. When will it be restocked?

We try our best to advertise when new or returning items will be back in the store. However, please understand that we rely on wholesalers and can often not provide an exact date. If you would like to be the first to know when an item is restocked, make sure to join our email list ! 

I entered the wrong shipping address when I placed my order! What can I do?

Email us at Ashley@marketdetour.com with your order number as soon as possible and we can edit your shipping address if the item has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, however, we cannot edit shipping information.

How can I return my order?

We do accept returns on our items if they are new, unworn, and unwashed with tags still attached for some orders. To see if your items are able to be returned for store credit, please visit our return policy page.

I love my item but it's too small/large. Can I exchange it?

We do not offer exchanges at this time. We do offer returns for store credit on orders that meet our Return Policy guidelines. 

Do you ship internationally?

We are based out of the United States and we do ship internationally! Shipping fees vary by country and we do not pay custom taxes or fees. If you are unable to select your country of residence at check out. Please email us at Ashley@marketdetour.com

I received a shipping notification but when I click the link I am not able to track my package. Is my tracking number wrong?

Your tracking number is correct! When you receive your notification it means that we have packaged your order up for shipping and USPS has picked it up. It usually takes one business day for USPS to scan the tracking number into their system. Check the link again tomorrow and you will likely be able to track your package from that point on.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Unless otherwise noted, orders generally ship within 3 business days. Please view the item description as some items may be pre-order items and will not be shipped until a later date. Also, even though my business is my baby, family comes first. Since we pride our selves in being a small business, sometimes life's detours get in the way. But rest assured, I work very hard to get you orders out in a timely manner. Thanks for understanding! ;) 

What do I do if my order shipped but I never received it?

If your tracking number says "delivered" or "out for delivery" but you haven't received your package, please contact your local USPS office via their local phone number (or your local post office if international). In most cases, they will be able to help you locate the package. Market Detour LLC will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
